FAQ

Have I filled my order correctly?

If you have filled in your order correctly, you will receive a copy of the order to the email address specified in the order.

Can I order more bib numbers and/or more races in the same order?

Yes, of course, in the same order you may order more bib numbers and/or more races, with only a single shipping cost; if you purchase multiple packages files, there are discounts.

How can I order photos of events without bib numbers?

For events without bib numbers (es. SellarondaBikeDay, StelvioBikeDay, ...) there are no packages, but there are discounts based on the quantity purchased.

How will I receive digital files?

Digital files packages are sent via link with which to download the original photos ordered; the single file is sent as an attachment to the email. The order is processed within 24 hours.

What are the shipping costs?

For digital files, there are no additional shipping costs; for all other products you are charged the cost of packaging and shipping. They vary depending on the selected product, the country of destination and, for prints up to 20x30 format, depending on the chosen shipping service (Italian Post Office or courier).

In how many days will be processed my order?

If you ordered prints up to 30x45 format, the order is shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment from Monday to Friday; for other sizes and gadgets, your order is shipped within 7 working days, from receipt of payment. If your order is sent by courier, you can follow the status with the tracking number; with Italian Post Office there is not traceability.

How soon will I receive my prints/gadgets?

For the Italian Post delivery times vary from 2 to 20 working days; courier delivery times vary from 1 to 3 days for Italy, and up to 7 days for foreign countries; for shipment by courier, we must remember to provide an address where there is always someone.

Which are the payment methods? 

The methods of payment are: bank transfer or credit card.

How can I apply for an order invoice?

On closing of the order, you will have the possibility to request the invoice (which will be sent via e-mail), by filling all the necessary data.

What are the products I can order?

You can find all products purchased on the website in the Products section; but we have many other gadgets, so please send us an email with your request: we will answer as soon as possible with the availability and costs.

When will the photos published?

The photos will be published just finished sorting process; about this, we ask you to make your bib number always visible during the event!

How long will my images will be available for purchase?

On average, photos are stored a couple of years on our servers; on the site they may be available for approximately one year.

What size are digital files?

The original files are Jpg files, weighing from 1 to 5 Mb, an average of  2400x3500 pixels, with which you can print at least up to 50x70.

What is meant by "digital files package"?

The digital files package includes all the photos of a bib number; it is not allowed to mix photos of different bib numbers or races.
If your number is not visible, you can take advantage of the package, finding photos in the not-visible bib folder (in this case, it is not possible to make a simple order, but you have to communicate by e-mail the photo numbers found).

How can I add photos of me unassigned to my package?

Write us an email with photos codes to be added; if you are not cut and/or blurred, the photos will be added to your package.

Can I crop and/or edit a photo?

For any changes, please contact us by e-mail, we will do everything to please you.
